- Viruses, malware, trojans, or malicious scripts;
- Unauthorized data scraping or resource crawling;
- Impersonation of the platform or other apps for phishing or deception.
2. Platform Enforcement Measures
Autopwa reserves the right to enforce rules in the following ways:
- Monitoring & Filtering: Automated and manual review of uploaded content;
- Content Removal: Immediate deletion of content violating rules or laws;
- Account Penalties: Warnings, feature restrictions, temporary or permanent bans;
- Legal Cooperation: Reporting illegal content to law enforcement as required;
- Evidence Retention: Preservation of relevant data as needed for legal investigation.
3. User Legal Liability Reminder
Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China
- Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services
- Personal Information Protection Law
Violations may lead to legal action. Autopwa assumes no liability for user-uploaded content. All legal responsibility lies solely with the content uploader.
4. Disclaimer
- Autopwa operates as an information publishing platform, fulfilling its legal obligation to moderate and monitor content;
- Content posted by users represents their individual behavior only and does not reflect the stance of Autopwa;
- Autopwa shall not be held liable for any legal disputes, financial losses, or reputational damages caused by user actions;
- We will fully cooperate with lawful investigations and requests from authorities.
